Resident and Family Councils
ECRA provides council education services to nursing and boarding care home residents, their families and friends, and staff throughout Minnesota. Programs are offered as one-on-one consultations, group presentations, workshops and seminars. The goal of ECRA's council education program is to encourage and promote self-led and self-determined groups of residents, family and friends to function independently as councils. Effective independent councils advocate for improving the quality of care and quality of life for residents living in care centers.
